At Seashells Nursery we have a range of policies that explain how we work, where responsibilities lie and how those associated with the nursery e.g. parents and staff, contribute to this work.
Within these policies, wherever the word ‘parent’ is used, it should be treated as shorthand for ‘parents and carers’ of children.
All policies are reviewed regularly by the Board of Children & Families Ltd. For further clarification of any of the issues raised in these documents please speak to the Nursery Manager. The nursery aims to provide an example of best practice and has achieved the 'Kent Quality Mark' accreditation.
